“On behalf of Hastings County, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jamie Lynne Osmond as the new Director of Community and Human Services of Hastings County,” said Warden Bob Mullin.  “Ms. Osmond brings to the position a wealth of experience through an incredible 27 years of dedicated service in the social services sector along with a deep understanding of the department, its goals and the needs of the clients we serve.”  

Ms. Osmond has dedicated her career to Hastings County, holding positions ranging from direct service delivery to supervisory and managerial positions.  She possesses an in-depth understanding of the changing landscape of delivering essential human services today.  

“Ms. Osmond has been a leader in our Community and Human Services department often tackling new and innovative projects without hesitation, recognizing the evolving challenges facing people in need,” stated Connor Dorey, CAO.  “I look forward to Ms. Osmond joining the leadership team and I am confident that she is well-positioned to guide and enhance our Community and Human Services programs into the future.”
