Hastings County Employment and Financial Assistance services offers stability supports to those that wish to pursue employment or employment readiness. Our mission is to have you ready for work and support you through your goals.

The Ontario Works program offers both one-time and ongoing financial assistance. If in need, staff will conduct a “Needs” test to determine your eligibility for a number of potential benefits or referrals. 

Hastings County staff provide intensive case management support to those at-risk of or experiencing homelessness .
