The Princess Sodalite Mine and Rock Shop has been a staple for 30+ years in the Bancroft area. It is a must stop for any recreational geology enthusiast!

In the shop you'll find everything from beginner to museum quality, mineral found locally and worldwide. Their collection is wide and always changing, including gems, minerals, sodalite and fossils. It's no surprise collectors return annually to search for new additions. 

Out behind the shop, follow the path up to the Rock Farm that is seeded constantly. All ages are permitted; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. It's only a $2.00 fee and signing a waiver form to participate. 

Join others rockhounding and searching; at any given time you'll see 75-100 different varieties of rocks, minerals and gems. Happy Rockhounding!
