Shevon Left the City Because It Was Time for a Slower Pace
Shevon was born and raised in Toronto and she still has a lot of love for the city. It’s where a lot of her friends and connections are, and where she built her career. She credits the city’s culture, art scene, and professional opportunities for a lot of her success.
However, Shevon spent her summers in Hastings County and loves the outdoors, so the idea of moving to cottage country has been at the back of her mind for a while. Now that Shevon’s at a place in her life and career where she wants a slower pace of life, she’s making the dream happen.

Branding Tips for Small Businesses
Branding is more than just a logo. If you own a small business, Shevon recommends broadening your idea of branding to include colours, fonts, and the message behind it all. The message is actually the most important part: it educates your customers on who you are and what you do, which in turn draws the right people to your business and helps them remember you. All of the visual elements should align with your message.
