Hastings Snowshoe Hustle - Sunday, January 18th, 2026


A family fun winter festival welcomes you to participate in the annual Hastings Snowshoe Hustle. A great way for families to get active and enjoy scenic winter trails! Join for the the best activities winter brings: snowshoe events, skating, tobogganing, campfires and of course lunch, coffee and hot chocolate! All ages and abilities are welcome, and entrance is free with a donation of at least one non-perishable food item per person, cash donations are also welcome. All proceeds from the event go directly to the local foodbanks.

Location: Cedar Ridge Camp, 57 Cemetery Road, McArther Mills

Schedule:
10am – Arrival
10:30am – Introductions
10:45am – Snowshoe events begin (1km, 4km tracks)
12pm – Lunch, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Prizes
11am-2pm – Open Activities: Skating, Tobogganing, Campfire, Snowshoeing, Dogsledding & Crafts
Fun for all ages and abilities!

All families are invited to enjoy a complimentary hot dog lunch, courtesy of Bancroft Foodland, as part of the event. Coffee and tea will also be available.
